CPR
Check the victim for unresponsiveness. If there is no
response, Call 999 and return to the victim. In most cases
the emergency call-handler can assist you with CPR instruction.
2.Tilt Head Back to open airway.
Listen for
normal
breathing.
Look for the chest rising,
Listen for breath sounds
Feel for breaths on your skin.
NO MORE THAN 10 seconds!
3. PUMP
the Heart by Pressing down on the chest

If the patient is not breathing normally, or moving, begin chest
compressions. Push down on the chest 3 to 5 cm, 30
times, right between the nipples.
Pump at the rate of 100/minute, nearly twice per
second.
4. 2 Rescue Breaths
Tilt the head back, pinch nose and cover the mouth with yours and
blow until you see the chest rise. Give 2 breaths. Each breath
should take 1 second.

Carry on 30 chest compression & 2 breaths
If you cannot do the breaths then compressions only without
stopping, until help arrives!
